To get a quick answer

• Bug reports: tell us the tool, your browser and device (for example "Unlock, Safari on iPhone 15"), and what you expected to happen. Please don't attach confidential documents — a description or a sample file is enough.
• Billing and refunds: write from the email address on your SlatePDF account. You can cancel any time yourself on your Account page. See the refund policy.
• Password reset: email us from your account address and we'll send reset instructions.
• Lost PDF passwords: we can't help recover passwords for encrypted files — the tools never see them.
